The Science Ministry of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia excels specific locations of substantial progress on a yearly basis. The initiative is to support trailblazers of different backgrounds in compliance with ecological, social and economical thoughts supporting innovation and therefore making progress possible for our society.

This years award goes to “Claudius-Höfe” in Bochum achieving the highest number of points with 121 projects participating.

Amongst others the speakers of the opening ceremony are Svenja Schulze, Minister for Innovation, Science and Research of the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as Dr. Henning Scherf, former Lord Mayor of the city of Bremen. Address: Hotel Claudius, Claudius-Höfe 10, 44789 Bochum.
